Kayla Capitulo is an Attorney at Koller Herlihy LLP. Kayla focuses her practice on trust administration, probate, and estate planning. She has experience representing clients in all a aspects of trust and probate administration and litigation.
Kayla graduated from University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) and obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts in political science. During law school, Kayla was an extern for the Honorable Judge Andrew Y. S. Cheng at the San Francisco Superior Court, a student associate for the UC San Francisco Medical-Legal Partnership for Seniors, and President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association and Vice President of the Pilipinx American Law Society.
Kayla is admitted to practice in all California State Courts and the United States District Court in the Northern District of California. She is also a member of various professional organizations, including the Contra Costa County Bar Association and the San Mateo County Bar Association.
