Elina Protich joined Koller Herlihy LLP in 2023. She began her career in employment and professional liability defense. Since 2018, Elina’s practice has focused exclusively on trust and estate litigation. She represents beneficiaries and fiduciaries in a broad range of disputes such as will and trust contests, financial elder abuse claims, and trustee surcharge petitions.
Elina graduated from UCLA with a degree in political science. She attended law school at University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) where she won several awards for her advocacy on behalf of elders.
Elina is fluent in Russian as her family immigrated to the Bay Area from Moldova when she was in grade school. In her free time, Elina is an avid painter, enjoys running and spending time with her husband and daughter.
