Morgan Durham is a Senior Attorney at Koller Herlihy LLP. Morgan focuses her practice on trust and estate litigation representing individuals and fiduciaries in various disputes involving will and trust contests, elder abuse claims, removal and accounting actions, partitions, and related issues. Morgan also represents individuals involved in conservatorship actions, as well as in trust and probate administration. Her breadth of experience allows her to effectively assist clients at all stages of the estate planning and litigation processes.
Morgan has over a decade of experience, and prior to practicing in trust and estates, worked in civil litigation firms in San Francisco and the East Bay, focused primarily on personal injury, construction defect, and landlord tenant law. She also previously worked with the California Attorney General’s Office in the Employment and Administrative Mandate Section. Throughout her career, Morgan has guided clients through all aspects of their cases, including through discovery and depositions, law and motion hearings, mediations, settlement conferences and trial.
Morgan graduated with honors from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and philosophy. She is admitted to practice in all California State Courts and the United Stated District Court in the Northern District of California. She currently lives in Martinez with her family and is active in various local community groups, including the Parent Teacher Association and Girl Scouts of Northern California. Morgan is also a member of various professional organizations, including the Contra Costa County Bar Association and the East Bay Trusts and Estates Lawyers.
